of your 9 to 5 job. It allows you to make more money that’ll
give you the freedom to pursue your passions, buy things you need or want, and lower any
financial worries A side hustle is not the same as a part-time
job. While a part-time job still entails someone
else (your employer) calling most of the shots (including hours worked and what you’ll
be paid), a side hustle gives you the freedom to decide how much you want to work and earn.

Side hustles prove to be a viable option for
many people working to get out of debt or testing the entrepreneurial waters. Now Why you should consider a side hustle A side hustle can offer you the opportunity
to explore your passions or pursue your dream job, without sacrificing the steady paycheck
of a day job, or interfering with your studying. Not only does a side hustle provide an injection
of extra cash flow to your bank account, it can also help to boost overall life satisfaction. Another benefit of having a side hustle is
that they allow for flexibility in workplace and working hours. Often, side hustles are solopreneurial or
entrepreneurial endeavors, and when you’re the boss, you get to call the shots – including
when and for how long you’ll work. This can be appealing to those who feel weighed
down with the rigors and expectations of a traditional 9-to-5 job.

The increased financial freedom that a side
hustle provides can not only help with getting out of debt, but it can also help with saving
for a rainy day, building a nest egg, or taking care of large purchases or maintenance required
around the home. It can also provide for a bit of discretionary
spending in your monthly budget. A side hustle typically does not require a
large financial upfront investment. Some side hustles focus primarily on providing
a service, while others involve the sale of goods you make yourself or from a third party
and resell. Many of these gigs don’t require formal
education or a specialized skill in order to be profitable. In fact, some people find their side hustles
end up earning them more than their full-time gig. Since there is no minimum requirement to put
in a set amount of time at your side hustle, you’re free to take on two or three – or
even more, as time permits – at any given time.

This can help open up an unlimited stream
of additional income. And, in case things ever take a turn for the
worse at your day job, you have the security of knowing you won’t be completely without
a paycheck until you land your next full-time gig. So, How a Side Hustle Works? A side hustle is work completed outside of
one’s day job, and therefore the work tends to take place during evenings, on weekends,
or during vacation breaks. It provides additional income while offering
the flexibility to complete work outside of the traditional 9-to-5 hours. You can start your own side hustle, or you
can complete work on a freelance, contract, on-call, or part-time basis for a company.

For those who aren’t quite ready to quit
their day job, or can't afford to pay for college debt or are terrified by the prospect
of becoming an entrepreneur, side hustles can provide an outlet to explore
passions, test ideas, and grow a solid customer base should they ultimately decide they want
to give notice. There are essentially 2 different types of
side hustle: Active and Passive: Active side hustles tend to be side hustles
that require you to actively carry out a task in return for some form of remuneration. Some examples include; a freelancer copywriter,
life or fitness coach or website designer on Fiverr. You are actively undertaking a project in
return for payment.

When I talk about passive side hustles, here
is what I am referring to. A passive side hustle is a side hustle whereby
you create a product or service and then make an income from it over and over again without
being actively working. Some examples include writing an eBook and
selling it on amazon, selling products through Amazon FBA and producing an online course
and selling it through learning platforms such as SkillShare and Udemy. For many people, a passive side hustle really
is the golden goose that keeps on laying the golden egg time after time.

on the side as a College student First: Start A Blog Or Website Blogging is a great side hustle because you
can do it at your own pace anywhere you want. It's not a quick and easy way to make money,
but there are a lot of ways to make money side hustling while blogging. You can sell advertising, become an affiliate
for other people's products, you can also sell your own online product, and more. It does take time to build up an audience
to be able to make a decent amount of money, but once you have a large following, you could
earn over $10,000 per month or more.

Second, Online Surveys If you have some time to spare online, you
could spend it filling out online surveys. There are sites that will pay you to do so
and it's very easy. All you have to do is register, and these
companies will contact you when they have a survey that fits your profile. Typically these are online market research
surveys for big brands. doing surveys online won’t bring in the
big bucks, but it is very easy. Almost mindless, in fact. It’s the perfect activity to fit into chunks
of downtime. third: Sell Information Products If you’re looking for good side jobs to

time, and marketing skills for you to flourish. So, Are there topics that are really popular
right now that you know a lot about? Did you find a popular topic that there isn’t
enough information about? Monetize these opportunities by creating content
around it.

You can publish books on Amazon or sell courses
to start earning About Selling On Amazon, our fouth option Do you have old books, CDs, or DVDs? Then you should consider selling them on Amazon. It's incredibly easy to list your items to
sell, and you'd be surprised how much you can get for old stuff sometimes. If you're a college student looking to sell
your old textbooks, you should compare the Amazon prices to your bookstore buyback prices. Amazon is often a better place to sell. fith: Sell Stock Photos Perhaps taking pictures is your forte. If you are a great photographer, you could
possibly sell your photos online. Sites like iStockPhoto are always looking
for contributors, who get paid a royalty every time their photo is purchased. This could be a great way to turn your art
into some extra cash. Even if you don't like to take pictures, more
and more stock photo sites are also looking for digital art as well. If you're strong at creating digital image,
you could also consider selling your work.

Sixth: Dropshipping Dropshipping is a business model where you,
the retailer, don’t have to store or even handle any stock. Customers order products through your online
store, and you alert your supplier. They in turn process, package, and ship the
product directly to the customer. Simple! When you receive a customer order, you forward
it on to your dropshipping supplier. A supplier is a third party that owns and
stores the products you’re selling. When they receive an order from your store,
they prepare, package, and ship that product directly to your customer. This means you never have to handle the products
yourself, which is one of the key differences between dropshipping and traditional stores. Now, Affiliate Marketing Starting with affiliate marketing as a college

because it gives you the opportunity to be able to make 5 to 6 figures in profit every
